Lunch hari sekolah

Bila hari sekolah, lunch mmg yg simple sahaja. Kids bukan jenis yg mkn heavy sgt pun, lg sinple lagi bagus. Hehe

so harini kita msk ayam msk kicap je. Lebur sayur bagai dlm tu. For me? Nak pedas sket kita tmbah sambal tempoyak daun yg mak bekalkan haritu...

Uuuu..

Bought this seaweed noodles from a friend. Sedap ok buat mee sup, mee kungfu, dan sewaktu dgn nya. Syahmi the picky eater mkn bertambah tambah. Hehe

2012-2013

What a year it was, 2012. Things happened, I bake more cakes last year, somebody broke in while we went hollidaying, macam-macam la. So... We learnt a lot!

And this year, Syafiyah started he kindy. She'll be 5 in a week time :) Syahmi is already in year 2. Hope he does as well as he did last year. You surely can do it sayang! And Aryan, petang je bosan sebab both kakak n abang g skolah. Yupp, i asked Teacher Pah to put Syafiyah up for afternoon session. So I wont have to berkejaran tgh hari tu nak pick her up, make sure syahmi dah mkn n siap, balik hntar syafiyah n ambik syahmi hntar g school. Huuuu.. We'll be fine, insyaAllah...

Busyyyyy!!

Busy la lately... Macam2 nak cerita. Tapi...

MALAS!

Wah!

Busy sangat ke cik kak? Hahaha...
Well, a lot of things happened, busy pun ye, kerja ye, baking ye, kids, itu ini bagai... Raya...

So anyway, it was a good raya, tiring indeed but still a good one. Hehe.. 1st day was in Sg Koyan, 2nd day in Taiping, 3rd day was the journey to Seremban. Kat Seremban sambung gi rumah saudara2, tunggu kawan2 n saudara lain datang, ok laaa... Ahad tu singgah Seri Kembangan lagi, MIL was there. Weekends lak tunggu org dtg lagi, gi rumah org lagi... Sambil buat proofreading smpai 3 hari 3 malam xtido. Maka harini sudah demam. Haha..

Demam

The kids demam. Syahmi started on Thursday, went to school on Friday, had 2 jabs and his fever doubled. Mmm.. Syafiyah followed suit but alhamdulillah she only has cough, a bad one but still. Aryan has some eye infection. Hmm... So we went to the clinic this morning, and somehow, when I view the picture, they don't seem as 'demam' as they were a few moments before! Haih...

Neapolitan

Ini aiskrim berperisa Neapolitan. I am planning to do Neapolitan layer cake. InsyaAllah...

Kolej Tunku Kurshiah

Memories.... Was there since 16 December 1991 till November 1996. Loved and still love almost the whole time I was there. And since our beloved alma matter is going to move to Bandar Enstek, this is kinda the last goodbye lah. Ada sedikit 'rasa' di situ :)
Nway, didn't bring my camera, hubby took them both. So mengharapkan gambar2 dari kamera rakan rakan. Kasihan... Plus I brought the three munchkins so my hands are more than full! Met some friends, had a nice laugh, nice lunch, catching up... Had to go back early, dah merah2 muka anak2 saya itu! Hehehe...

And Sayf Faqeef Aryan is already walking. 10 days short of his 10months birthday. Alhamdulillah... Yippeee!!!

Yesterday punya lunch

Though Aryan was having a fever, orang lain tak demam. N kat Sg Buaya ni lunch xberapa sangat. N tekak teringin nak makan dah lama, buku resepi memanggil-manggil. Jadi inilah hasilnya :D

Breakfast

Yg ni beli kat kedai je. Xberapa nak sihat la. Itupun kena keluar juga beli bahan2 nak masak. Saya memang suka nasi impit. Especially dgn kuah kacang! Xde lodeh pun xpe. Tapi kat kedai tu ada lontong Johor je, makan je, jgn banyak songeh! Haha...

Busy juga lah sekarang... Alternate weekends balik ke Seremban. Weekdays with kids n cakes. Alhamdulillah... Busy is good... Do checkout Luscious...


And guess what? Lil Aryan is already standing on his own! The day he turned 7months that is. Alhamdulillah... Good job darling!

Missing the people at home...

I miss my new nephew. Makcu takleh pegang awakla haritu... My cough n cold was too bad, nanti the kuman2 lompat kat awak. Huhuhu.. Hope by the time we go back again dah sihat.
And most of all, I miss my ayah... It feels sooooooooo menyakitkan seeing him not at his usual self. You see, ayah had a stroke. A mild one but a stroke still. So now he is recuperating at home. Keluar bilik, masuk bilik. But ayah is a very strong person, he wants to do everything by himself. Bangun ke, jalan ke, semua nak sendiri :) Ramai kawan2 ayah datang visit, borak2 dgn ayah, alhamdulillah... Get well soon ayah! Aryan still nak dukung2 lagi, panjat2 lagi... And most of all, I need you :)

Lil Syafiyah is already 4 :) We love you KP! She got her Blair, happy sangat2 laaaaaa. Just a simple celebration, hari sekolah xboleh nak stay out lama sgt. Bawa mkn kat Secret Recipes, then gi Tesco carik Blair. And this is Blair :D

Mak n ayah n Hadirah datang naik komuter on Wednesday. Thursday Bangah dtg lunch pastu hntar ayah g komuter dia nak balik. Friday g dinner kat rumah Angah lak, n midnight tgk Ombak Rindu diorg subscribe kat Astro 1st. Sabtu dlm pkl 3 tu keluar terus g One Utama yg seperjalanan kaki je dari rumah dia tuh. Lunch kat Seoul Garden. Kids loved it. Me? Mmm... Agak panas so Aryan dah cranky so agak cranky juga ibu jadinya. Hehe... Foodwise, ok laaa... Korean BBQ, sgt karnivor! Haha... Tapi potato salad nya kureng sketla, keras sgt potato nya. The ice creams mmg heaven la budak2 ni.
All in all, Alhamdulillah, I am blessed with a good life, hoping to become a better person to me and everyone, and updating my 2012 to do list :D

Chicken Soup

At the moment the 2 kids are having their lunch, and lil Aryan terkinja kinja nak makan jugak! Haha.. Bagila dia rasa kuahnya tu... Baru la senyap...
Masalah la lately, susah nak letak Aryan. Ke memang all three are like that? Hehe... Sempat masak je, siap masak dia nangis, damn good la the sensor! Hahaha... Dah slightly underweight dah nih! Positive ke tak kurus tu xtau nak kata laa, hehehe... Limitnya ialah bila saya kena pakai saiz S mcm dulu ye. That is waaaayyyyyyyy too much already!

Whoa!

Last post was August 25th. THAT long! Berhibernasi ke hape? :p
Syahmi has finished his pre-school year, with flying colors (except BM, ururururu) And he already did his Ujian Diagnostik Tahun 1, hopefully he'll get a good class.
Syafiyah as always is the princess. She's happy Syahmi is on holidays, she has someone to play (& bicker!) with.
Aryan? He is already taking his 1st few crawl. 1 forward, 5 reverse! Hahaha...

Almost the end...

Just a few more days to the end of Ramadhan. Alhamdulillah, semua berjalan lancar. Syahmi puasa, though it is his first time. So far he missed 5 days. The first 3, and a Saturday at Atok's because goyah dengar Atok nak bawak the girls pegi makan, and another Saturday at Opah's coz the other 3 kids mkn n minum dpn dia dari pagi siap suap suruh try lagi. Budak-budak...
And Alhamdulillah too, Aryan has been growing well, ada hari meragam nak ngempeng je, but most of the time, an easy baby he is. Orang kata dia gebus, gebukah anakku itu? Haha... Kakak kat Bazaar Ramadhan kata dia nampak macam girl (ni sama kes dgn Syahmi la nih). See the picture, judge it yourself :) That's the toothless grin I always talk about. Susah nak dapat gambar tu. Ni pun sebab Ayah dia borak2 dgn dia, Ibu curi2 ambik from tepi.

For this Raya, I only take a few orders. Ada la xsampai 10 biji pun. Takut nak konfiden sangat, Aryan kecik lagi, takut time nak bz tu dia nak ngempeng melekap je. Huhu... This year kami raya kat Seremban, then ke Taiping on the 3rd day, & Koyan on the 4th, Rawang on the 6th. Gila ak? Haha... Pinggang I kirim salam ye. Haha.. Kena pakai koyok siap2 la gamaknya. Travelling, pegang baby, not a very good scenario benarnya. Plus memang ada penyakit kat pinggang tu. Takpela, bukan selalu pun buat kerja travel jauh2 ni kan? Kena ingat, bukan kita je yang ada saudara mara, the other side pun ada jugak... Penat tu tolakla tepi kejap, keluar shopping berejam ko buleh, jumpa sedara je ko penat ye? Haha... Just fikir that insyaAllah, satu masa nanti anak2 kita pun akan balik jauh2 nak jumpa kita jugak. InsyaAllah, amin... Ibu tua nanti nak balik rumah Ibu ye, korang balikla Seremban jumpa Ibu, kekeke

Whew!

Wow! My last published post is on June 18th, that is more than a month ago! Maaakkk aih! So... Whats up? Dwfinitely the main supermain event is the lated edition/addition to our not-so-little-anymore family. Hehe... And he is now toothlessly grinning sampai tak nmpak mata on my lap. Xtaula apa yg suka sangat tu :D It is raining, rather cold so I'd say bermanja2 is the most comfortable la kot...
Anyway... His name is Sayf Faqeef Aryan Bin Shahrizan. Which means; The sword, The pious & understanding (Ye, anak lelaki saya mmg memahami belaka, kekeke), With full force. And yes, Aryan tu banyak makna. The most popular one is The Nazi (Hitler's) idea of a perfect race (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aryan) But lets not dwell into that, ok? :) Syahmi chose that name, he likes it so much, and we call the baby Aryan, much to Syahmi's delight. Syafiyah? She adores Aryan sooo much! Pantang berbunyi sikit baby tu, she"ll come running to check. And the Kakak Princess is very helpful! Mcm assistant lak dia, cakap je nak apa :)

Salad & Ikan Goreng

The ikan goreng is actually for the kids. This is the 1st time I made Opor Ayam. It's a Pahang cuisine, but even the one with the Pahang IC doesn't know what it is. Haiyaaaa.... So anyway, it complements the rice dish. Not as hot as curry, Syafiyah loved it. And the next morning we had roti bom with this for breakfast. Kuahnya pekat, sedapla buat cicah ni, hehe...



Teacher's Day

Syahmi brought this to school for his teachers :) Ok la tu... Wan suggested that I bake something for him to bring, instead of buying something with MY money. Hehe... And better, let him help bake the cake. And so we did. Orange Mocha Brownies for the teachers, yeay! Thank you Teacher Pah, Teacher Anis, Teacher Ina, Teacher Nurul & Teacher Ain. Thank you for taking care of Syahmi (yg selalu demam smpai kena tido kat skolah with SpongeBob teacher tuh) and thank you for making his 1st school year a great one for him! Harusla best kalau tak xde la keluar pagar sekolah je terus report 'Harini kan, teacher teach Ami blablabla'. hehe...
