Maggi Goreng
Sebungkus Maggi (perisa ikut sukati but rasanya yg plg sedap kari la kot?)
Bawang Besar
Lada kering (Mine is already pureed so about 1/2 tbs should be okay)
Bawang Putih
Ayam/Udang/Daging (Optional)
2 tbs oil
1. Rebus mee maggi till tender (ikut sampul nya kata 2 minute, hehe)
2. Keep the bumbu for later use.
3. Panaskan minyak, then tumis bawang n bawang putih.
4. Bila wangi, tumiskan lada kering.
5. Masukkan ayam.udang/daging jika ada.
6. Kecilkan api, masukkan mee n bumbu tadi. Kacau.
7. Ready to serve.
